What is the minimum order quantity?
Mixed-model orders and distributor replenishment are supported. Minimum quantity is confirmed per reference, availability and packaging; custom projects are assessed from drawings or samples. There is no single minimum quantity for every item.
Can you match bearings by OE number?
Yes. Send the OE or reference number, vehicle model, year, engine and fitting position. Dimensions, spline and ABS configuration may need confirmation. A catalogue interchange is a starting point, not a final fitment approval.
How is the delivery schedule confirmed?
The quotation confirms timing after checking the selected references, quantities, availability and packing. Stock dispatch and production orders have different schedules; confirm the agreed dispatch date and delivery terms in writing.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label packing?
Company materials describe development from drawings, samples and technical specifications, plus packaging design support for logos, boxes, labels and barcodes. Feasibility, sample approval, minimum quantity and any costs are confirmed for the project.
Which quality documents can I review?
About lists an ISO 9001 certificate for the stated sales scope and two 2026 HJDP conformity documents, with holders, references, scope and dates. Request the complete reports and inspection records applicable to your selected reference or batch.
What are the payment and delivery terms?
Payment method, deposit or balance schedule, currency, freight responsibilities and delivery terms are confirmed in the written quotation or contract. Do not assume a payment method or credit arrangement applies to every order.
What warranty and after-sales support are available?
The company introduction describes cover of up to two years or 80,000 km, subject to the product, vehicle application, installation conditions and agreed terms. Confirm the applicable limit and exclusions in writing. For a claim, retain order and part references, photos and installation/use details.
How do I request a sample?
Send the reference, quantity, intended application, destination and packaging needs. The team confirms availability, sample cost or any applicable offer, freight and the approval process before dispatch. A sample promotion is not a blanket free-shipping promise.
